weight watcher question

Do you guys eat your activity points? What is the consensus on that? My points are so low to begin with (I'm supposed to have 25, well 24 when I lose 1 more lb), it'd be nice to puff it up with some MOAR FUUUUUDE!

*EDIT* I posted yesterday wondering about WW vs. low carb and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna try WW! Got my points figured out, started counting today. Now if I can just figure out if I need to be eating activity pts. My pts are so low because I work at a desk, and I'm 5ft tall. (Both are worth no points)

Yup... well I have 11 pts left today and all I've had is a small ham and cheese from Schlotzky's, coffee w/skim and a tiny apple. I guess the sandwich was too fatty.
i always eat them, or at least most of them. otherwise i don't lose.
When I was on WW before, I always ate em too... dangit, I wish I knew how many pts 30 mins of jogging and 45 mins of jogging were!
My mom's friend is on WW and suggests eating all your points to begin with. That way, if you plateau, which is likely at some point in the game, you have some flexibility. :-)
